Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead
the development and execution of marketing strategies for our
products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of
product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, with a
proven track record of driving product adoption and revenue growth.
This role will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional
teams to launch new products, develop compelling marketing collateral,
and analyze market trends to inform product strategy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing plans to drive
awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for our products. Conduct
market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and
competitive insights. Define product positioning and messaging that
differentiates our products in the market. Collaborate with the
product management team to launch new products and features, including
developing launch plans, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market
strategies. Create compelling marketing collateral, including sales
presentations, product datasheets, case studies, and website content.
Work closely with the sales team to develop sales tools and training
materials to support the selling process. Analyze key metrics and KPIs
to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product
marketing and apply them to our marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA
preferred. Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar
role, preferably in the technology industry. Strong understanding of
product marketing concepts and principles, including market
segmentation, positioning, messaging, and pricing. Excellent written
and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate
complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated ability
to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including
product management, sales, and marketing. Analytical mindset with the
ability to interpret data and insights to drive marketing strategy and
decision-making. Creative thinker with a passion for developing
innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. Strong project
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in marketing
automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with B2B SaaS products and services. Familiarity with
product management methodologies such as Agile or Lean. Knowledge of
digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social
media, and email marketing. Experience working with design tools such
as Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch. Certifications in product marketing
or related fields (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing Certification, Product
Marketing Alliance Certification).
